Description

LUMBERJACK SMOKIN' WEDGIE.

Use to add extra flavour to a Pellet Smoker, Weber, Gas or Electric BBQ, or use as a Cold Smoker.

Suitable for all BBQ's including Pellet Smokers eg. YODER – TRAEGER - GMG GREEN MOUNTAIN GRILLS - FORNETTO. Generate 2-4hrs of smoke depending if you smolder it on the Grill, or fully light 1 or 2 corners. Place in back corner on Gas or Electric Grill next to meats, and close the lid. Pellet ash stays neatly inside the Wedgie, no mess!

If you have a large Pellet Grill with good air flow, keep the Wedgie in during cooking, place in back triangular corner.  If it's a smaller Pellet Cooker with minimal air flow, the Wedgie may go out, so leave the lid off, or place it underneath the grill bars, on top of the steel heat shield at the hottest spot above the Pellet Burner.

You can also use it as a Cold Smoker by lighting one corner of the Pellets with a butane Blow Torch and place it in an old Fridge or Gas or Electric Smoker to add tasty white cold smoke to smoke Cheeses, Sausages, or Salami's. Genius!
