Which BBQ Fuel Should You Choose?
Charcoal & Briquettes
Lump charcoal and formed briquettes provide the heat for charcoal cooking. Our range includes Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe, Carbon Stix and Jealous Devil. Choose the fuel recommended for your barbecue: many kamado manufacturers specify lump charcoal, while suitable kettle barbecues and smokers can use briquettes.
Wood Pellets
Choose food-grade barbecue pellets for pellet grills, with Traeger flavours and GMG blends in the range. Pellets provide both cooking heat and wood-fired flavour. Always follow your grill's fuel requirements and never substitute heating pellets. Keep pellets dry to help maintain reliable feeding and combustion.
Smoking Chunks & Chips
Smoking woods add flavour to your cook. Chunks suit many charcoal barbecue and smoker setups, while chips can be used in compatible smoker boxes and appliances. Explore apple, cherry, hickory, post oak and mesquite across the range; available wood types vary by format. Follow your appliance instructions for quantities and placement.
Bradley Bisquettes
Bradley wood bisquettes are made for the Bradley smoking system. Select the correct format for your smoker; they are different from charcoal briquettes and loose wood pellets.
