Description
The Island Gourmet Elite Roasting Rack is designed to help you cook roasts on your flat plate IGE.
The rack will lift your roasts off the hotplate and allow the radiant heat to pass through. This will allow your IGE to be used for convection cooking whilst remaining practical to use for classic barbecuing.
The rack is made of high-quality stainless steel and sits on top of the flat plate allowing for easy cleaning.
The rack is designed to be paired with the IGE HOOD and can be used with a grill plate as well as a flat plate.
Available for both 600 and 850 sizes. Pair with the Vegetable Baskets for a full roasting set-up.
