Why Add PelletCore?
- Add wood-pellet smoking without buying a separate complete grill.
- Use digital temperature control for long cooks.
- Retain gas cooking for quick meals and searing.
- Monitor cooking through the iQue system.
Three Ways to Cook
Choose gas for convenient everyday grilling, pellet-only cooking for smoke flavour and controlled low-and-slow sessions, or combined cooking to bring smoke and gas searing together.
Check Compatibility Before Ordering
This is the 500-series module. It is intended for the matching pellet-ready Baron platform. Do not assume it fits older Baron barbecues, built-in models or MOK kitchens. Contact Hot Things with your model number if you are upgrading an existing barbecue.
